Tactical Mastery is an explorer perk exclusive to Frederick Courtney Selous. It allows him to an extra dice roll during combat (up to 4 rolls per turn instead of 3).

• An extra dice roll especially helps increases the chance of a successful roll with Selous' hunting rifle, as well as with any non-upgraded companion dice. This increases combo potential in combat.
