The Strong Mind perk has a different variation for explorers and companions. Both versions of this perk increase the party's maximum Sanity.

For explorers, Strong Mind increases maximum Sanity by 20. It can be obtained as a random reward option upon completing an expedition, and Nikola Tesla starts out with this perk.

For Missionaries, Strong Mind increases maximum Sanity by 10 per level, up to a maximum of 40 with promotions:

4 +40 to max sanity.
