The Parasaurolophus is a dinosaur companion that can only be recruited at Lizard Villages inside Prehistoric or Portal worlds. It acts as a Fast Mount and pack animal, but is also good in combat, especially if promoted by Alexandra David-Neel.

- Animal: Has no skills and can only be promoted through Alexandra David-Neel's Animal Whisperer perk.
- Mount: Can be ridden to reduce the base sanity cost of travel. When mounted, gains an additional combat die and the Fast Mount perk at the cost of -2 Capacity.
- Combat dice given when mounting can not be used while over-encumbered.
