Light mental exhaustion is an incurable mental ailment that can afflict your explorer in RIVALS mode. This always happens after 365 days (half the time limit) have passed.
It will permanently reduce your maximum Sanity by 10. In addition, all your humanoid companions will gain the Faithless ailment.
However, your current Sanity will be fully replenished at the moment when you gain this ailment.
Tips[]
- While the Sanity penalty is mild, the ailment will later turn into Medium Mental Exhaustion, which is much more severe.
- The Faithless ailment that simultaneously afflicts your companions will usually be a much greater threat.
