Lepidopterophobia is a mental ailment that causes the afflicted companion to lose loyalty when catching a butterfly. It is obtained when at low Sanity and traveling, resting, or as a side effect of consuming red mushrooms or coca leaves.
It is arguably one of the easiest ailments to maintain, as butterflies are only present in Jungle and Prehistoric worlds and are easily avoidable.
Like most mental ailments, it can be cured with a Green Mushroom, cleansing at a Shaman Hut, or with the random blessing of Pure Mind from a temple.
