Jungle Rot is a delayed physical ailment that can effect both companions and explorers. Its affects kick in within ~30 days, after which it carries a 50% chance of death on every travel leg.
It can be acquired by traveling or resting at low Sanity. It can be cured by resting at Healing Springs, getting healed at a Shaman Hut, or by using a First Aid Kit.
