Healing Springs are resting and healing locations where the trek can rest to regain Sanity and to heal injuries and infected wounds. One rest lasts 5 days and grants a total of 40 Sanity.
Resting overnight while under 30 sanity may trigger negative events. You may rest as many times as desired at the same spring.
