Followed is a temporary physical ailment that may be triggered after leaving a village with negative Standing (50% chance if standing is -1 to -3, automatic if -4 or lower). It lasts for 30-50 days, and causes a group of natives to confront the party every time the player explores a stone circle, stone statue or Shrine.
First the group of natives will demand tribute, triggering a trading page that allows the player to gift items worth enough value for them to leave peacefully. The player can also avoid combat by rolling a successful . If the player fails to convince the natives or outright refuses their demands, they will attack as a group of angry natives enemies. Groups generated in this way will always consist of 3 Native Warrior enemies.
