Enemy Attention is a temporary physical ailment that increases the aggro chance of all enemies by 30%, making it likelier for an enemy to attack the group upon traveling into its zone/territory. This can give an aggro chance to normally-peaceful animals.
The ailment can only be obtained by using Drums, and lasts 15 days. It cannot be cleansed and must be waited out.
