Coca Expert is a companion perk exclusive to Cultists. It increases the Sanity gained by consuming coca leaves. It is promotable, and each level grants +5 Sanity in addition to the 10 Sanity normally gained when consuming a leaf:

- This perk stacks with multiple Cultists: each cultist adds to the benefit of consuming a coca leaf.
- This perk does not give immunity to the ailments triggered when consuming the leaves at low-medium sanity.
- Beware: Cultists may harm themselves if at low Sanity, and may become abominations if they're injured!
