Arctic Explorer

Arctic Explorer is an explorer perk that reduces the sanity-cost of travel through deep snow terrain by 4. Paired with snowshoes, the cost of travel on deep snow is reduced to 1 per hex. It is only usable in Arctic worlds.

This perk can be offered as a reward choice upon completing an expedition. The explorer Roald Amundsen also starts out with this perk.
